ADHD COACH

FAQs

Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to work with you?

No. Many clients are self-diagnosed or still exploring. You’re welcome at any stage.

Is this therapy?

No. Therapy explores your past; coaching helps you design what comes next — the archaeology vs. architecture metaphor:

- Archaeology explores your past and patterns.
- Architecture helps you design what comes next.

Though coaching and therapy can complement each other well.

What happens in a session?

We begin with a check-in to see what you need that day, then work in a Space to Pause or a Space to Grow or a combination of both.

Do you give strategies or advice?

I don’t give prescriptive advice. Instead, I help you uncover approaches that genuinely work for your brain and your life.

Who do you work with?

Adults and parents affected by ADHD.

How many sessions will I need?

It varies. Some people want short-term support; others prefer ongoing sessions. You set the pace.

Are sessions confidential?

Yes — fully confidential and guided by the ICF Code of Ethics.
