May Cadman
ADHD COACH

About me

I’m an ADHD-trained coach (ADDCA), working to the ICF Code of Ethics.

My approach is calm, steady, and grounded in real life. I’m here to offer clear listening, thoughtful questions, and a space where you can be yourself without judgement or pressure.

I’ve supported many adults at different stages of their ADHD journey — diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or still exploring. I also bring first-hand experience as a parent, giving me a compassionate understanding of the emotional load ADHD can place on family life.

How I Work

I believe you are the expert in your own life. My role is to listen closely, reflect what I hear, and help you uncover your own answers. You don’t have to arrive with a plan; we start with whatever you bring.

Because ADHD can shift day to day, my approach is flexible. Some sessions are spacious and grounding; others are more focused and practical. Coaching isn’t about “fixing” anything — it’s about understanding yourself and finding ways forward that genuinely fit you.

All sessions are online, confidential, and paced by you. I hold the space; you lead the direction.

About ADHD coaching

ADHD coaching is a collaborative space to think clearly, ease mental clutter, and explore practical ways forward. It supports both adults navigating their own ADHD experience and parents carrying the emotional and practical load of raising a child with ADHD.

Whether you’re figuring out your own overwhelm, motivation, and routines — or trying to understand your child’s needs while managing your own feelings alongside theirs — coaching helps create the breathing room needed to make sense of it all.

Coaching isn’t therapy, and it isn’t advice. You already have insight — it’s often just buried under noise, urgency, or self-doubt. Coaching helps quiet the noise so your own clarity can come through, whether that clarity is about your patterns or how you want to show up for your child.

A simple way to picture the difference:

Therapy is archaeology; coaching is architecture.
Archaeology explores your past and patterns.
Architecture helps you design what comes next — in your life, your parenting, and the day-to-day moments.
