What I Offer

ADHD life coaching for adults and parents

Life with an ADHD mind can feel fast, full, and unpredictable. Some days you know exactly what you want to work on; other days you just need space to breathe. Both are welcome.

At the start of each session, we check in and decide what kind of support will help most. You can move between two coaching spaces:

A Space to Pause

A calm, confidential space to slow down, untangle your thoughts, and make sense of what’s going on. There’s no agenda, no pressure, and no need to “figure it out.” This space is about giving yourself room to think, breathe, and hear your own mind clearly.

A Space to Grow

A more guided space for when you’re ready to move forward. We focus on habits, routines, boundaries, confidence, or practical strategies that fit your life and your brain. I don’t give answers — I help you uncover your own solutions and take small, realistic steps toward the changes you want.

These two spaces are flexible and flow naturally depending on what you need that day.

WORKING WITH ADULTS

Adult ADHD can feel like juggling too many thoughts at once while struggling to hold onto the ones that matter - work, relationships, deadlines, expectations, emotions. Sessions with me adapt to where you are that day: sometimes a Pause space, sometimes a Grow space.

People often come for support with:

  • overwhelm and mental clutter
  • organisation and follow-through
  • confidence and self-trust
  • emotional regulation
  • motivation and routines
  • burnout or life transitions
  • understanding how ADHD shows up day to day

Coaching helps you see yourself more clearly, reduce the internal noise, and build a steadier way forward that suits your brain.

WORKING WITH PARENTS

Parenting a child with ADHD brings intensity, joy, worry, frustration, and tenderness — often all in one day. This coaching is for you as the parent and the emotional load you’re carrying.

Sessions shift between grounding (Pause) and practical support (Grow), depending on what’s needed.

Parents often come for help with:

  • feeling stretched, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained
  • school issues, behaviour, or communication
  • managing their own emotional responses
  • guilt, frustration, or “never enough” feelings
  • advocating without burning out
  • balancing family needs with their own
  • understanding their child’s ADHD — and their own
  • creating calmer routines and boundaries

I also bring lived experience as a parent in a neurodiverse household, alongside my professional training, which gives me a deep understanding of both the complexity and the emotional weight involved.
